During the spring and early summer of 2024, I travelled the coastal and inland waterways from New Jersey to Florida, capturing images of shore birds. The 9th Street Bird Sanctuary in Ocean City, NJ is a busy place in May and June, yielding the opportunity to photograph nestling egrets, ibis and herons.
